Well it is a good movie. However, you have to admit that Van Dame's movies haven't been so great lately. On the other hand if you are a hardcore van Dame fan you should watch this as there is a huge improvement with fighting scenes. Also What i really liked is the music beautiful music. am sure this will kill time if you are action fan. As for Isaac Florentine the director of Undisputed 2, i don't think he did a good job as he did with Undisputed.I cant wait when one day Van Dame's movies hit the cinemas before the DVD. Maybe, one day:).
In the end it worth the watch if you got no other action movies to watch, this could make your hour and half fun.

The acting is terrible, the action is terrible, the story is terrible, the special effects are terrible but the gore is magnificent and that saves the movie completely... This isn't a horror movie that wants to spook you but wants to disgusts you... and oh boy, it really does... I've seen it on BIFFF festival at Brussels and I can assure you everybody loved it... the more bloody disgusting the gore was, the more fun we had... it didn't matter that it looked all fake like hell... and if you were looking for some originality in this movie, you would certainly find it in the gore. :-) So one advice: buy some beer and chips, and see this movie not alone but with some friends... a fun evening assured

The Oxford Murders from Alex de La Iglesia is a refreshing appearance on international releases. The opening's most stunning speech from brilliant John Hurt "There's no truth outside of mathematics... Philosophy is dead." begins a journey with an impeccable filmography. The uninterrupted shot following the main characters on the streets of Oxford, into the bookstore, and onto the streets again to end in the crime scene was perfect, and shows off the director's film-making skills. Elijah and Leonor are both rare specimens in today's one pattern acting and appearance, also I found there was no chemistry between them, they both did a great job only shadowed by John Hurt's impressive performance. This is really a film not to miss.

Forget about the plot! While it is not bad it is only present to set the mood! It does take up a whole hour however! So you have to endure it! But believe me it will be worth the wait! When the real action begins you will be in for a treat! Intense Donnie Yen displaying his wonderful mix of Wushu and Jujitsu! His use of martial arts in this movie does make sense! It is realistic and practical! It is called mixed martial arts! ( read interview with Donnie Yen,use Google: article Donnie Yen on flash point combat.) This new type of martial arts offers different and refreshing possibilities to the genre! And it looks great on the screen! If it didn't (no matter how practical) I would not accept this style! The final fight between Donnie and Colin is what the fight between Sammo Hung and Donnie should have been in "SPL"! This shows that Donnie is always learning and wanting to improve himself! I can't even imagine what Donnie's next movie "Painted Skin" again directed by Wilson Yip would be like ! This golden duo should keep on making movies together! In comparison to previous movies ("SPL" and "Dragon Tiger Gate" made by Wilson Yip and Donnie) "Flashpoint" is the best of the bunch!

I think the movie was alright for a relaxing evening.Good acting, good photography, decent plot, what else do u expect from that kind of films! If you are not a fan of police story-tellings do your self a favor and go see the ''THE NOTEBOOK''.The movie is definitely not the best I've seen and I probably wouldn't have gone seeing it in a movie theater, but that doesn't mean that it was bad.Of course the leading actors save the day,but the movie had the atmosphere and the suspense required.O.k it wasn't THE NEGOTIATOR but somehow these people have to make a living.Yet in the end you have an entertaining movie, perfect for a DVD-evening with pop-corn and refreshments.

The Coen brothers could poop on the screen and there are people who would regard it as genius. The movie had some potential, but it wasn't even completed. I guess they just woke up and said, "I don't feel like finishing this... just tell them we're done... our name alone is enough to sell this as a whole movie". Well, some of us noticed. I would like to see this thing completed someday, as it started out good, had some decent acting, and the cinematography was bland and washed out like "The Mist" and "Delores Claiborne". What ever happened to Technicolor? Tommy Lee Jones must be Barnaby Jones' older brother that never used sunscreen, because he looks like he died of old age several decades before they invented enbalming fluid... it is no wonder that his character didn't actually do anything but show up after everything was over. The main "bad guy" really didn't have much to do except "act" unemotional. He was "The Terminator" only more robotic. The ending didn't suck; there was no ending. The Coens just quit.

What do you need to make a good film? Naked Women, Cars, a copied story? Of course not and that's why Fast Track - No Limits isn't a good film. I can't understand how someone can invest money in making such a film. The film is technically well done but what is this good for when the story is so stupid. The Fast and the Furious obviously hasn't the same story, it has a much better one, Fast Track tries to copy the key elements of it. The writers of Fast Track didn't had any idea worth to make a movie of it, although they made this and it's a cheek. 3 stars for the quality of the production. 0 stars for the story. It really hurts to watch this film and in my opinion it is a huge waste of money and a disgrace for the German film industry, which shouldn't try to copy Hollywood movies.

I was sitting with one of my best friends watching this movie. We kept looking at each other and saying, "this is the worst movie i've ever seen in my life". First off: There is no denying this. There is zero plot, zero continuity, and non of the otherwise talented actors are good whatsoever. Lots of the time people say things that make no sense and don't fit into the ongoing conversation at all... but, as we would say how bad this movie, we would also start laughing uncontrollably. Like, UNCONTROLLABLY. Just thinking about some of the scenes makes my eyes water. I can understand why lots of people wouldn't like it... it is the worst movie ever made... but anybody who doesn't laugh while watching this movie is either a robot or user "iamgraph14 from United States".... who is probably a robot... and a pretentious one at that. Maybe back in, "cinema school" they teach you how to put your thumb down, but it seems to me like his thumb is way up (his ass).
In conclusion: This movie is the worst-best movie you'll ever see.

Based on a true story that shocked the nation in 1965, the film recounts one of the most shocking crimes ever committed against a single victim. Sylvia and Jennie Fae Likens, the two daughters of traveling carnival workers are left for an extended stay at the Indianapolis (3850 E. New York St. is hardly suburban, nor was it in 1965, by any stretch of the imagination.) home of single mother Gertrude Baniszewski and her seven children. Times are tough, and Gertrude's financial needs cause her to make this arrangement before realizing how the burden will push her unstable nature to a breaking point. What transpires in the next three months is both riveting and horrific, leaving one child dead and the rest scarred for life.

Or should I say George A. Romero's Diary of the Dead, as the man has now eclipsed his own films in stature, is Cloverfield with zombies told via camcorders, security footage and phones. It totally captures the zeitgeist of these times with allusions to global fear, terrorism etc and it's packed full of social commentary on the media generation we live in the web, accessible technology and the idea that anyone can be the author of a truth. We follow a group of film students making their own horror film that suddenly becomes a real life documentary horror as the undead are up and looking for living lunch. Again nothing is explained as to the origins of the outbreak, it just arrives and causes chaos, and its now up to the group to document and survive. There are some glaring errors in the film that I cant believe no one involved didn't pick up on but that aside it's a lot better than its predecessor 'Land of the Dead' which felt like the master of the flesh eaters had lost his touch and there are some brilliant moments. As with the afore mentioned Cloverfield the cast are all pretty obnoxious and it's easy to think of them as zombie food and some in particular outstay their welcome but it's the zombies themselves that are the real stars of CCTV. Romero has famously said in an interview that he spends a lot of his free time thinking up bigger and better ways to dispatch his brain dead bad guys and here is no exception, in particular look out for the electric paddle death in the hospital for a real inventive and gruesome second death, amongst others. There is enough here to prove that Romero still has it in him even at his age and the script and concept are strong enough to carry it off, it is flawed in places but fans of zombies should find it quite entertaining, and once again it puts our society under the microscope and shows us via mythical horror what we humans are really like.
